Alex is a Senior Property Consultant with over
12 years property experience.
He is a skilled strategic thinker whose recent
experience includes understanding clients business
needs, whilst providing innovative and pragmatic
solutions covering a range of corporate property
issues. In his previous role as head of the Landlord
& Tenant department he specialised in negotiating
the optimum level of rent on commercial rent reviews
and heads of terms for the renewal of commercial
leases.
Alex is also responsible for generating new business
opportunities and has become actively involved
in the marketing of LSM.
As a Clerkenwell dweller Alex is a walking guide
to London's bars and restaurants. His other interests
include music, art and sport, and he is also a
very keen Evertonian!
