David brings 28 years experience to his role as head of our business rates team. His early years were spent in the Valuation Office, including 3 years as a senior advisor at their headquarters in Central London giving him an unrivalled understanding of the Valuation Office as a gamekeeper turned poacher.

Since joining LSM Partners in 1993 he has assisted our clients in saving over £100,000,000 from appeals and challenges against their rate bills, representing public and private sector clients in respect of all types of premises throughout the UK. He has successfully represented clients in appeals to the Lands Tribunal and courts in relation to Offices, leisure premises and car parks.

David has two sons and a daughter and now the boys are able to share the driving duties he is able to renew his interests in rugby and DIY.
