Paul Scoble has been with LSM’s Agency team for over four years and has predominantly concentrated his efforts in the West End office market, but has also had experience with retail outlets in the area. Paul is no stranger to regional agency work either; he has been exposed to both office and industrial clients in Slough, Manchester, Newbury, Birmingham and West Bromwich. Working in the Agency department of the company means that Paul comes in contact with a variety of businesses looking for premises, his clients vary from those in the financial sector to those in the world of manufacturing.

Paul’s specialism in agency matters and consultation on disposals and acquisition of commercial property means he is regularly involved in negotiations. With his considerable knowledge of the Central London market, Paul always achieves the best terms for clients.

Responsible for the Business Space Leasing team, Paul leads on all aspects of relocation and disposal work for all of LSM’s clients. In his spare time Paul retreats to the countryside for a bit of space, quite literally.
