Sati is responsible for undertaking audits of a business’s property portfolio and formulating strategic planning advice which would enhance the value of property assets through the procurement of planning permission, yet achieving the overall business’s operational objectives.

Sati has 12 years experience in planning and development and was formerly a senior partner at planning consultancy, Cunnane Town Planning. He is experienced in all areas of town and country planning and provides professional advice to both the private and public sectors on a range of planning and development issues.

He has advised various blue chip companies on major out of town shopping centre proposals, leisure proposals, major housing development schemes, office and commercial premises. He has been instrumental in focusing business strategies for various corporates involving rationalisation programmes and relocations.

Sati’s particular skill lies with his ability to appreciate a client’s business objectives and to propose bespoke planning and development strategies to meet their identified needs together with the realisation of added value through the property asset base.

Sati’s leisure pursuits include keeping fit, motor racing and reading.
